All content submitted by you is your responsibility.
By submitting content, you confirm that:

- You have permission from all artists, producers, labels, writers, contributors, and rights holders;

- Stream farms;
- Click farms;
- Fake playlisting;
- Fraudulent royalties;
- Payment fraud;
- Chargeback abuse;
- Attempts to bypass subscription limits;
- Any activity that may harm EAM MUSIC LTD., our users, payment providers, stores, distributors, rights holders, or partners.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension, takedown, account termination, withholding of royalties, loss of access, and no refund.
11. Artificial Streaming and Bot Activity
Artificial streaming is strictly prohibited.
You must not use or participate in:
- Bots;
- Stream farms;
- Paid fake streams;
- VPN streaming manipulation;
- Incentivized streaming;
- Fake saves, follows, likes, or playlist placements;
- Automated playback systems;
- Fraudulent chart manipulation;
- Any method intended to manipulate royalties, rankings, algorithms, or platform metrics.
If artificial streaming or suspicious activity is detected by EAM MUSIC LTD., stores, distributors, payment providers, or partners, we may:
- Remove the release;
- Suspend or terminate your account;
- Withhold, reverse, delay, or forfeit royalties;
- Request documentation;
- Block future distribution;
- Report the activity to relevant partners;
- Refuse refunds.
You are responsible for any penalties, deductions, removals, or losses caused by artificial streaming connected to your account or content.
12. Leaked, Stolen, or Unauthorized Music
You must not submit leaked, stolen, unreleased, or unauthorized music.
If we suspect that a release contains leaked or unauthorized content, we may pause, reject, remove, or takedown the release.
We may also request proof that you have full rights to distribute the content.
If you cannot provide valid proof, your release or account may be restricted without refund.
13. Review, Approval, and Rejection of Releases
Submission of a release does not guarantee approval or distribution.
EAM MUSIC LTD. may review releases for technical, metadata, rights, compliance, quality, and store guideline requirements.
We may reject, delay, suspend, or request changes to any release if:
- Required information is missing;
- Audio or artwork does not meet requirements;
- Metadata is inaccurate or misleading;

- The release appears suspicious;
- The content violates our Terms;
- The content violates store or partner rules;

Digital stores and streaming platforms have their own rules, review processes, content guidelines, delivery standards, and enforcement policies.
By using EAM MUSIC LTD., you agree that your releases may be subject to third-party platform rules.
Stores may:
- Reject content;
- Delay publication;
- Remove content;
- Edit display information;
- Withhold royalties;
- Penalize artificial streaming;
- Request additional documentation;
- Block artists, labels, or accounts;
- Apply rules outside our control.
EAM MUSIC LTD. is not liable for decisions made by third-party stores, streaming platforms, distributors, payment providers, or partners.
15. Takedowns, Corrections, and Updates
You may request takedowns, corrections, or updates through the platform or support channels where available.
Processing times may vary depending on EAM MUSIC LTD., distributors, stores, and third-party platforms.
A takedown, correction, or update request cannot always be cancelled once submitted.
We may also initiate a takedown if required by:

- Stores;
- Distributors;
- Payment providers;

Takedowns, corrections, and updates do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
16. Royalties and Payments to Artists

Royalty data may change if stores update, correct, reverse, or adjust reports.
17. Plan Limits and Account Features

- Promotional tools;
- Admin or team access.
You must not attempt to bypass plan limits by creating duplicate accounts, using misleading artist names, sharing accounts, or manipulating platform features.
We may restrict, downgrade, block, or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass plan rules.
18. Free Plan Restrictions
If EAM MUSIC LTD. offers a free plan, the free plan may include limited features and restrictions.
For example, free plan users may have limits on artists, releases, label name usage, tools, or support access.
EAM MUSIC LTD. may modify, reduce, remove, or discontinue free plan features at any time.

Any tools, recommendations, or promotional features are provided to support artists but do not guarantee commercial results.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EAM MUSIC LTD. is not liable for:
- Lost profits;
- Lost royalties;
- Store delays;
- Takedowns;
- Rejections;
- Account suspensions;
- Artificial streaming penalties;
- Copyright claims;
- Third-party platform decisions;
- Payment provider actions;
- Data loss;
- Business interruption;
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EAM MUSIC LTD. for the relevant service during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
27. Indemnity
